1. Topright Graphene infrared heater is made of polymer superconducting nano-carbon black, graphene, curing agent, additives and other blended polyethylene by special process. The volume resistance can be adjusted between 10_.cm and 10_.4_.cm. This heater has the advantages of uniform and stable resistance value, smooth surface, good flexibility, good wear resistance, good processing performance.
2. Safety, generally use the safe voltage within 3.7V/5V/7.4V/9V/12V, much lower than the human body safety voltage within 36V. PI insulation layer film,the Max.temperature support up to 200 C.
3. Energy-saving, environmental protection, fast heating, uniform and stable pure carbon atom friction heating: low power, uniform heat distribution, high thermal efficiency, electrothermal energy conversion of more than 99.9%, graphene carbon atoms friction and collision generated by the rapid heating in 3 seconds, almost no energy loss in the process of energy transfer. It can be heated to the required temperature in a short time,uniform and stable thermal.
4.
